Due to the health and hygiene nature of our products, Purified Wellness does not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

To support confident purchasing, our team is available prior to checkout via email to assist with product selection, compatibility and suitability.

As our filtration products interact directly with water used on the body, strict return conditions apply to protect safety, quality and fairness for all customers.

All refunds, replacements or resolutions are assessed in accordance with this policy.

Hygiene & Used Product Policy

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any product that has been:

• Installed
• Used
• Had water passed through it

This includes:

• Shower filters
• Replacement cartridges

Once used, these products cannot be resold and are therefore non-returnable.

Incorrect Purchases & Compatibility

Purified Wellness does not offer refunds or returns for:

• Incorrect product selection
• Incompatibility with plumbing, taps, showers or fittings
• Failure to review product specifications or measurements prior to purchase
• Installation limitations or spatial constraints
• Normal wear and tear

We strongly encourage reviewing all product specifications and reaching out to our team if unsure before purchasing.

Compatibility & Fitment

Our Shower Filters are designed to fit standard ½-inch threads, compatible with the majority of shower arms and hoses.

In some installations, particularly recessed or compact spaces, an adapter may be required.

Compatibility cannot be guaranteed without confirming:

• Dimensions
• Clearance
• Installation space

Products are not eligible for return due to incompatibility once purchased.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you believe your product is faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Where a product is verified as faulty, Purified Wellness may offer:

• Replacement
• Repair
• Refund

at our discretion.

Photo or video evidence may be required and the product may need to be returned for inspection.

We do not provide refunds or replacements for issues resulting from:

• Incorrect installation
• Misuse or modification
• External damage
• General wear and tear

Requests outside the 30-day window may not be eligible for assessment.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout.

Returned to Sender / Unclaimed Deliveries

If an order is returned due to:

• Non-collection
• Incorrect address
• Delivery refusal

A $24.99 return-to-sender fee will be deducted from any refund to cover incurred shipping costs.

Sale & Promotional Periods

All purchases made during promotional periods are final.

No refunds
No cancellations
No order changes

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are processed automatically based on the selected schedule.

Once processed, subscription orders are:

• Final
• Non-refundable

Customers are responsible for managing, pausing or cancelling their subscription prior to the next billing date via their account dashboard.

Return Shipping (Faults Only)

Return shipping is provided only where a return is approved due to:

• Verified product fault
• Fulfilment error on our part

Returns are not accepted in any other circumstance.

Packaging Updates

Products supplied in previous packaging versions are not eligible for return following brand or packaging updates.
