After 15 years of helping clients transform their skin and wellbeing through spa therapies at Botanica Wellness Spa and Clinic, Founder Sofie Gillard began to notice something deeper, a hidden factor silently affecting skin health every day: water quality.
Many clients who struggled with eczema, acne and ongoing skin sensitivities would see short-term improvements, only to have their concerns return. Sofie realised the water they were showering in was often working against their skin’s recovery.
